1. Connect your mailboxes
Coldbean connects Gmail and Outlook over OAuth, plus any IMAP/SMTP mailbox with an app password. Access is scoped to reading and organising mail — Coldbean never sends on your behalf.
2. Filter the noise
Smart filters split genuine replies from bounces, auto-responders, and out-of-office notes so your team only works real conversations.
3. Read Bean Score
Every inbound reply is scored Hot, Warm, or Decaf based on intent signals: meeting requests, pricing questions, objections, and referrals. Scores are suggestions, not guarantees — reps always stay in control.
4. Build your pipeline
Positive replies auto-create deals in DealFlow. Customise stages, deal values, and close probability, then sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
