Keep sending where you send today
Coldbean does not send campaigns. Keep Smartlead, Instantly, or your own SMTP setup running and point Coldbean at the same mailboxes to manage the replies.
Step 1 — Connect mailboxes in bulk
Import mailboxes via OAuth or a CSV of IMAP credentials. Most teams connect 40+ inboxes in under an hour.
Step 2 — Backfill history
Coldbean pulls the last 90 days of replies by default so your pipeline starts full, not empty.
Step 3 — Map your stages
Rebuild your existing stages in DealFlow, or start from the default five-stage template and adjust.
Step 4 — Connect your CRM
Two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive keeps deals aligned with your system of record.
